FROM SLEEP TO SLEEP

We slept the whole day
Until the hot bay
Became calm as ice;
And fishmongers started playing dice.

In the Ice, we skate
Even night, it was not late.

Suddenly, the calmness dead
Waves those harmless ahead
Found their control lost
Rose up over the coast.

Water acted to be gluttonous
Nature can’t be monotonous!

We all lost our face...
And sorry, forgot our race.
Again, we slept in depth
The embrace was of earth.
